Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Look Great Naked Mentorship ("LGN", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use this website. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you submit the application form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you book a call, our scheduling provider also collects the answers you give to the application questions (such as your goals, availability, and general health and lifestyle information you choose to share).
How we use it
- To contact you about your application and booked call, including by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- To send you emails about coaching, nutrition, and training. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To assess whether the mentorship is the right fit for you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this site and our coaching business:
- Kit (ConvertKit) โ email list and communications.
- Calendly โ call scheduling.
- WhatsApp โ direct messages about your application and coaching.
These providers store data on their own servers, which may be located outside Australia, and handle it under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses minimal browser storage to carry your details from the application form to the booking page. Third-party services embedded on this site (such as the Calendly booking widget) may set their own cookies. Advertising platforms may also use tracking technologies where you arrived via an ad.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
